Why not try island hopping?

Base yourself in Guernsey for the first part of your holiday and then take advantage of excellent travel links to the northern island of Alderney.  Stay for two nights in one of the highly acclaimed hotels and soak in the relaxed atmosphere amongst the cobbled streets of the capital, St Anne’s, before walking down to the stunning BrayeBeach for a leisurely walk along the unspoilt sandy shores. The dramatic influences of the French invasions and German Occupation will allow you to glean more about the incredible history this island has to offer.

Returning briefly to Guernsey, you can enjoy a short boat ride to the tiny island of Herm.  On overnight stay in The White House Hotel, will encourage you to travel back in time, enjoying the peace and tranquility of this unique haven. 500 acres of white sands, dramatic cliffs and unrivalled views will recharge your batteries and act as a great stress reliever!  Traffic free, you can spend the day walking over the varied terrain, gaining more knowledge of the people who helped to shape and change the history over the last 5,000 years!

Sark, with its long history of piracy and smuggling completes the island hopping experience.  Take a horse and cart ride or hire a bicycle, walk over dusty paths and overgrown tracks down to unspoilt coves and hidden beaches.  Stay a night or two in renovated farmhouses or beautifully restored hotels, drinking fine wines and sampling delicious locally caught fish. A short boat trip and visit to the privately owned island of Brecqou, may be arranged by prior arrangement.

Returning to Guernsey you can complete your holiday, relaxing, reminiscing and relishing the exciting and varied break within the Bailiwick.
