Cancellation up to and including the day of the tour may incur forfeiture of the tour fee unless a replacement can be found.

Cancellation on the day of the tour may incur forfeiture of the cost of the meal.  However this will be at the discretion of the restaurant, who may offer a full refund for the cost of the meal if cancellation is made on the morning of the tour.

Guests who do not turn up for a tour will incur the full forfeiture of the cost of the ticket price.
